ALEIIO – Leonese Association of People with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Ostomy – is an association that is dedicated to the comprehensive support of all people who have ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease or are ostomized, whatever its nature.
One of its main pillars is the visibility and awareness of society of what it is like to live with this type of pathologies or health condition, which are invisible and disabling.
May 19 is World Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Day (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease) and for this reason, on May 24 they will be at Espacio León informing about these pathologies.
